What is your return process?


Returns happen. It’s ok!  Our refund policy has changed slightly in order to continue to better serve you 😊

You may return most NEW, Undamaged/Unused items within 15 days of the original order being delivered.

We offer 2 options for returns for refund on new/non-used items only:


-Option 1: We can provide you a prepaid return label for a fee and discount from your refund.

-Option 2: You can purchase your own label and ship back to us. We do require you send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.

(Please note: Shipping fees customer paid are not refundable, since they are used to pay the post office for a completed delivery service.)

Used/worn/damaged/washed items will not be accepted, and refund will not be applied.

Step 1: Process your Return

Step 2: Print your pre paid return label

You will be sent a prepaid shipping label by email or text. You will need access to a printer.

Note: Labels automatically void in 7 calendar days, please drop off your package at the US Post Office asap.

If you pass the 7 day mark, you can message us and we will send you a new label if you have not passed your return deadline period.

Step 3: Packaging your product

Products must be returned in the original packaging. You can use your original Charro Azteca box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box or shipping bag to ship your return.

Please note: Any brand label boxes or bags must be returned undamaged in order for us to be able to return the product back to our suppliers for credit. Please do not tape or damage shoe and boot boxes, they must be returned inside of another protective box or bag.

Step 4: Shipping your Return

Tape your USPS return label to your protective box/bag, then drop it off at any USPS Post Office location. Once you drop off your return at USPS, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.

Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
