Details Below:

  • Returns will be refunded via the original form of payment.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. (delivered date)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and on carpet. (to avoid scuff marks)
  • Please allow for 3-5 days for us to process your refund once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • Charro Azteca is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
    • Avoid the hassles of shipping, contact us via our support text or email support@charroazteca.zendesk.com to receive a return label which will be discounted from refund. (Cheaper than most shipping services)
  • Return packages must include a return request form. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Original shipping fee used to ship product to you cannot be refunded as that already got paid to shipping carrier
  • If you choose for us to send you the shipping label it will be discounted from your refund
